Could not understand the front desk clerk barley spoke english. They did not have the reservation for one of the rooms. He ran my drivers LIcense magnetic strip which he should not have done. Numerours, apparently vagrants on the property, in the walk ways they appeared to be engaged in illegal activties.. Very uncomfortable atmosphere due to the number of people roaming the walkways hanging around the facility. Had I been with my wife or family I would have never stayed at this location for fear of their safety. I would never reccomend this hotel and would never stay again.

    Nothing

Hotel needs a lot of improvements, looks dirty. Did not like getting a phone call in the middle of the night and a female voice asking my husband if he was alone, and if he wanted some company. Really?!!

A friend and I went on a across contry trip and we stayed at hotels for 5 weeks using Booked.net the entire way. We had never stayed at a hotel that was so horrific in our entire life!! Once we got to this hotel it took over an hour and 30 minutes to check in. We got our keys and we had to go to the room and walk back down to the lobby 3 different times because the keys wouldn't work for the room we were supposed to stay in. Once we got into the room we noticed there was only a flat sheet on the bed, no fitted sheet so everytime you moved your body would touch the mattress. Also the sheets were dirty and they wouldn't change them. If this experience wasnt bad enough, we went to bed, from 4:30am til 7:30 we had people knocking on our door and banging on the window of our room. I called down to the office and they said there was nothing they could do and for me to "deal with it!!" So.. Don't ever stay here inless you want the worst experience ever!!!

We are looking for an apartment to move into and work, there has been no pressure for us to move to another room or to leave. There is a quiet respect and understanding that we are in a stressful time.

Check your invoice, they tried to charge more then the price i've booked for the room. Elevator was broken down and only one stairs to the 2nd floor, so we had to drag our heavy luggage the whole building around to get to the stairs. Did not use the breakfast posibility in the hotel, only 2 tables for in total 4 people were available. Did sleep on the streetsite of the hotel, windows weren't much isolated for the noice.

staying at this lodge was an adventure. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Staff were friednly and tried to be helpfull.

no remote in room, 1st remote was handed to us and we were told to program it, did not work, 2nd worker said it was broke and handed a 2nd remote with tape holding batteries but it worked. No screens, loose wires on floor, loose carpet, facuets leeked, "I'm sleeping signs" hard to use. Walls had holes and dings. I got trapped in elevator which stopped working. Service staff let me out after a few minutes. Clerk came and reset power and I had to tell him it still did not work when service person got stuck in elevator and I let her out.

iT It was fun to be able to hear the Friday night football game half time band performance from a school that was near the motel. Whatever the name of the band was , it was hgreat. Also the nearness to the freeway was excellent. Liked the many television stations.

Coffee in the ofgfice was not available @ 6:30 a.m. when we left.

    Bed was good.

The rooms smelled like mold. Homeless people living behind the motel. They use sticks to lock the windows. Wi fi cost 10 dollars a night.

    Close to highway

Gross Blood stained carpet in front of the sink. Refrigerator did not work properly, food wasted. Microwave did not have proper internal working parts. Management did not seem to care about the quality if the property. Lot of trash around the property, trash cans full and never emptied. Breakfast foods late. Coffee weak. Furniture looked old and run down.
